We will dispatch your order the next working day after we received your order and full payment.
Please note that we only use express or regular courier service on all our nationwide shipping (unless stated otherwise).

Harper & Cordon takes no responsibility for the melted product in remote destinations, however, we take all measures to ensure this does not happen. We take great care with the shipping of your order to ensure that it arrives in optimal condition. To ensure that your order does not get too hot, we use thermally insulated packaging with a hard corrugated box for all chocolate orders.

Refund & Exchange

We are confident that you will love our products. We understand that there might be also cases when things do not go accordingly or perfectly as we intend. If that is the case, we would like to hear from you.

If you are not fully satisfied with our products or if your order has been received in an unacceptable condition, pleasereach uswithin 3 (three) days of your purchase with the details of the product and receipt as proof of purchase. We will, at your discretion, arrange a product replacement or a full product refund.
